Beavertail final attack boat/blind
« on: January 25, 2023, 04:55:41 PM »
Hello everyone.
I was wanting to buy a beavertail final attack boat with a blind, but before I buy it, I was wondering if the blind that you can buy for it through the beavertail company is a bad as people say? Now, if it is not a good blind does anyone have any step by step instructions on how to put a blind on the beavertail?

I had and hated my Beavertail boat.  They're heave and paddle SLOW.  Honestly the blind was the best part about it.  If you want waterfowl specific I'd get an aquapod.  I've since gone to a peddle kayak and am so much happier.  If you don't plan on paddling very far at all you may enjoy the Beavertail.  Just giving you some food for thought before you buy.

I have seen some pretty good deals on them right now on Cragslist and FB marketplace. I think Id buy my toys used right now some good deals to be had, and I saw a 10ft aqua pod with blind  selling for cheap also.

You can put a trolling motor on the beavertails which is nice. A lot of room for gear in them.

They paddle like a barge that's dragging an achor.  You need a motor on them, to get them around in my opinion.  What type of hunting are you looking to do?  Marsh's and ponds?
